Just a little bit...

Pinterest had overwhelmed me and made me feel even more incompetent as a parent than I already did! One idea that I thought was too cute was to ask you child what they wanted to be when they grow up, every year, and document how they change their minds from year to year in school.

Big girl, Claudia has been telling me since she started 5th, she wants to be a photographer. She is on the yearbook group and has taken quite a few pictures for school. She really loves being behind the lens and takes some decent shots. Until recently, she informed Michael and I she knows what she is going to major in while in college. - Sports Medicine-
So world take note- Claudia 5th grade- Athletic Trainer and Photographer.

Michael. the honest and logical one, he informs me, as a second grader he wants to work at the duct tape factory. Me being his mom,  think he must mean, to design the duct tape. No, he informs me, he wants to work in production of the duct tape. This man, i mean 7 year old, wants some hands on experience making the duct tape. And when Claudia mentions adding another career, he does too.
He is going to work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Duct Tape Factory. And on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at ........drumroll........ Bahama Bucks!
His whole world revealed, duct tape and sno-cones-
Yep, he has it all figured out! Three days at the factory, two days making sno-cones and of course, weekends off!

And the differences in those two kids, can be summed up pretty much by that blog post up there!
Peace and blessings!
